Nathaniel (“Than”) Hancock is a Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Percheron Capital. Mr. Hancock leads the firm’s Business Development function, applying enterprise sales rigor to enable Percheron’s predictable, data-driven sourcing model.
Mr. Hancock is a seasoned leader with 25 years of experience scaling high-performance sales organizations. He has led multiple sales organizations through hyper-growth cycles, repeatedly scaling data-driven sales systems and high-impact teams. Most recently, he served as Chief Sales Officer at Podium, a leading software platform that sells into essential services markets, where he spent 10 years building the sales organization that drove the company’s growth from pre-revenue to hundreds of millions of dollars in ARR. Prior to that, Mr. Hancock served as Vice President of SMB Sales at Degreed, and spent over eight years at Chegg in senior sales roles.
Mr. Hancock received a BA in Chinese from Brigham Young University.
