Natalia Schmidt-Chiari is the Head of Portfolio Talent, Portfolio Support Group at Percheron Capital. Ms. Schmidt-Chiari works to accelerate value creation through recruiting, assessing, training and developing senior leaders at Percheron’s portfolio companies.
Prior to Percheron, Ms. Schmidt-Chiari was a Principal on the Talent & Organizational Performance team within Portfolio Operations at Blackstone, where she managed the recruitment, assessment, and development of individuals and teams throughout an investment’s lifecycle. Before that, Ms. Schmidt-Chiari worked at Heidrick & Struggles, recruiting Board and C-Suite executives to publicly traded and private equity-backed companies, and at NYSE Euronext, focusing on internal leadership development. Her career began at Oliver Wyman’s Delta Organizational & Leadership Consulting division.
Ms. Schmidt-Chiari received a BA in Classics from Princeton University.
