Katie Yoshida is the Head of Human Capital at Percheron Capital. Ms. Yoshida is responsible for managing the human resources and talent management functions at the firm.
Prior to Percheron, Ms. Yoshida was the Head of People for Engineering at Citadel Investments where she led the tech HR business partner team for 4 years. Prior to Citadel, Ms. Yoshida was Head of People Operations at Butterfly Network where she was responsible for talent strategy and talent acquisition. Prior to Butterfly, she worked in various roles in HR and recruiting at Two Sigma Investments.
Ms. Yoshida received a BA in Public Health Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
