Jack Schroeder is an Associate, Portfolio M&A, Portfolio Support Group at Percheron Capital. Mr. Schroeder performs valuations, manages due diligence, and oversees acquisitions for Percheron’s portfolio companies to deliver sustained value creation through high-velocity add-on acquisitions.
Prior to Percheron, Mr. Schroeder was an Associate Director at Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors where he managed sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise projects. Prior to Murphy McCormack, Mr. Schroeder was part of the Strategic Finance team at Skydio, an autonomous drone startup based out of Redwood City.
Mr. Schroeder received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a minor in Applied Analytics.
