Cole Testaiuti is an Associate, Portfolio M&A, Portfolio Support Group at Percheron Capital. Mr. Testaiuti performs valuations, manages due diligence, and completes acquisitions for Percheron’s portfolio companies to deliver sustained value creation through high-velocity add-on acquisitions.
Prior to Percheron, Mr. Testaiuti was an Associate at Oppenheimer & Co. where he supported the Consumer and Transportation and Logistics investment banking practices. Prior to Oppenheimer & Co., Mr. Testaiuti was a generalist at Mufson, Howe, Hunter & Co., a Philadelphia based boutique investment bank focused on middle market and lower middle market M&A.
Mr. Testaiuti received a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware.
