Prior to Percheron, Mr. Alvarez was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP for over five years. At Latham, Mr. Alvarez focused on private and public mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate legal matters.
Prior to Latham & Watkins, Mr. Alvarez worked at Credit Suisse in investment banking.
Mr. Alvarez received a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Harvard University. Mr. Alvarez is licensed to practice law in California.
