Prior to Percheron, Ms. Prior was an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles recruiting Board and C-Suite executives to publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Ms. Prior was a Research Associate at JDG Associates working on executive level searches in the public sector and the association/non-profit space.
Ms. Prior received a BA in Sociology from Georgetown University.
